He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Mattox and Linda Mattox. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Mattox (Cinthya), Hannah-Kay Salazar (Alex) and Jacob Mattox; the mother of his children Lisa Mattox; his sisters, Debra Maxwell (Carl) and Judith Mattox Niven; and his nephews, Lance Macom, Blake Macom and Zach Mattox.
