We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2025, Bernie Clarence Duran Jr. of Bernalillo, New Mexico, born in Placitas, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Bernie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bernie farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Bernabe Duran. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his son Robert Scott (Kryss); his grandsons, Andrew (Hope) and Zachary; his siblings, Linda, Clifford (Judy), Ronald (Juliet) and Donna (Johnathan); Viola. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles, cousins, and friends.
