She was predeceased by : her parents, Polo Baca and Tana Baca; her children, Leonard Chavez, Mel Chavez, Roger Chavez and Maria Moreno; and her siblings, Leo Baca, Donald Baca, Merlin Lucero and Theresa Leaton.
She is survived by : her children, Ralph, Annette Chavez, Barbara Chavez, Cecelia Chavez, Johnny, Rosemary Chavez and James Baca; and her sisters, Connie Gabaldon, Gladys Lucero and Bernadette Valdez. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
