He is survived by: his wife Erlinda Wiggins; his children, Paul, Lorraine Wiggins and Dolores Wiggins; his grandchildren, Julianna Wiggins, Christopher Urioste, Paul Julian Wiggins and Valarie Moffett; his great grandchildren, Angelina, Isaac, Thomas, Frances, Cassandra and Paul Julian Jr.; and his siblings, Cresencio Wiggins (Rose), Manuel (Mary Wiggins), Nick (Doris Wiggins), Candy Lopez and Mary Elena Wiggins. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, family, and many friends.
