He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Clark; his son Harold Clark III; his brother David Clark; and his grandson Mark Burroughs. He is survived by: his children, Karen Weber (Jim Weber) and Lee Clark (Debra Clark); and his grandchildren, Chris Weber, Jennie Ashley, Amanda Ortiz, Arthur Weber (Sheila Weber), Jesse Weber (Suzie Weber), Steven Clark, Mariaester Vigil, Austin Weber, Daniel Weber, Mercedes Weber, Rowan Weber and Weston Clark. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
