She was predeceased by: her sister Dianne Elizabeth Janacek (Pugh). She is survived by: her parents, James C. Pugh and Jenny Lee Pugh (Jones) of Capulin; her siblings, Susan Pugh of Providence Village and James M. "Chris" Pugh of DeSoto; her nephew Justin Janacek (Sandi); her niece Delia Stone (Daniel); her great-niece Sherry Lee Halbroth (Alexander); Ryan Preston (Windy).
