He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Lopez and Margarita Lopez (Acosta); his former wife Corina Lopez; and his siblings, Jim Lopez, Jr. and Thelma Calderon.
He is survived by: his son James Daniel Lopez (Bobbi) of Ft. Davis, Texas; his grandchildren, Adelyn Lopez and Austyn Simpson of Ft. Davis, Texas; his siblings, Sally Vasquez (Tony), Lucy Gonzalez (Leo), Herman Lopez, Henry Lopez (Selina) and David Lopez; his siblings-in-law, Ben Calderon and Bea Lopez; and his aunt Irene Campos. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
