He is survived by: his children, Garrick Appleton and Staci Molina (Ely Lara); his grandchildren, Zachary Molina and Zayna Molina; his great grandchildren, Zilet Molina, Zilie Molina, Zoie Molina, Calvin Baker, Jr. and Zayden Dean; his sister Mitzi Bishop; and his legged girls, Bootsie and Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
