She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel August and Gladys Madge Weise (Bailey); her husband Bobby Capell; and her daughter Janet Capell. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Capell, Ritta Richardson, Dan Capell and David Capell; and her siblings, Marvin J. Weise, Floyd Weise (Jan) and Doris Stowe. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
