It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ana Maria Natera of Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Julian Rey and Jacinta Natera; her husband Leo Sanchez, Jr.; and her sisters, Martina Carreon and Petra Gutierrez.

She is survived by : her children, Joanna Sanchez and Caesar Sanchez (Kim); her granddaughters, Gabriella and Isabella Sanchez; and her sister Concepcion Pando (Concha). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
