She was predeceased by: her parents, Armando Perini and Hazel Perini (Bailey); her son Gary Forrest; her daughter-in-law Brenda Forrest; and her sister-in-law Karen Perini.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Forrest; her sons, Bobby Forrest and Mike Forrest (Jo); her grandchildren, Jesse Forrest, Jeff Forrest (Shannon), Michael Forrest (Lindsey), Lee Emerson (Brett) and Ross Forrest (Selden); and her brother Dale Perini. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
