He is survived by: his parents, Eric Paul and Rhonda Cook (Bridges); his brother Robert Cook (Charissa) of Wahiawa, HI.; his son Tyler Cook Scott (Peyton); and his grandchildren, Baylor, Waylon and Everlee Scott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
