He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Daniel Harper and Martha Elizabeth Harper (Rousseau). He is survived by: his wife Donella Shanor (Harper); and his sons, Jason R. Harper, Tobin Mark Harper and Jonathan R. Elliott (Harper).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (3101 S Canal St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
