He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Perini and Fayrene Perini. He is survived by: his wife Anita LeRosen; his children, John David (Jeana), Michael (Mckenzie) and Cindy Perini (Johnny Hinojos); his grandchildren, Michelle Garza (Francisco), Brandon David Perini, Mark Michael Perini (Callie), Lucy Gray Perini, Desmond Pietro Perini and Vicki LeRosen Perini; and his great grandchildren, Celine Marie Garza and John Diego Garza.
