He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Hampton Brown; his brother Lonnie Brown; and his children, Connie Louella Brown, Michael (Sarah Brown), Daniel (Laura Brown) and Robert (Marieta Brown). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and two more great-grandchildren.
