He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalia Navarrette and Pedro Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Garcia; his children, Manuel Garcia (Nancy Garcia), Javier Garcia (Alma Garcia), Josefina Anaya (Jose Anaya), Anna Garcia and Homer Garcia (Paula Garcia); and his grandchildren, Manny, Cindy, Daniel, Rachel Nichole, Veronica, Stephanie, Jose Jr., Angela, Jocelyne, Ashley, Julian and Christina. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
