He is survived by: his wife Zulema Franco Collins; his children, James F. Collins (Shelley) and Joslyn M. Collins; his niece Doris Rodriguez (Jackie); his grandchildren, Trent Collins, Tate Collins, Brooke Collins and Jeffrey Tanner Collins; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Tori Rodriguez and Azriel Millman; his siblings, Emily Collins Navarrete, Harry Collins Jr. and Effie Dean Brendle; and his pet Cash. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
