We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2025, at the age of 83, Frankie R. Gipson (Carlsbad, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wray and Voncyle Russell-Hamilton; her son Raythe Logan Gipson; her former husband Jim Gipson; and her grandmother Nettie (Art Johnson).
She is survived by: her children, Jimy Jace "J. J." Gipson (Joretta) of Lamesa, Texas, Jamie Chesser (Boyd) of Blanket and Tater Gipson of Carlsbad, NM; her grandchildren, Brandon Chesser (Lindsey) of Eastland, Brandy Watson (Jonathan) of San Antonio, Jazmyn Jaramillo of Lamesa, Jamyn Jaramillo, Natalie Casillas of Lamesa and Jadyn Jaramillo of Lamesa; and her great grandchildren, Allison Chesser, Kenzlee Watson, Natalie Chesser, Paxton Watson, Presley Chesser, Juleigh Felan and Jensyn Jaramillo.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Song Christian Fellowship (1105 Pate St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
