She was predeceased by : her mother Linda Mears Gerrells; and her stepfather Walter Gerrells. She is survived by : her children, Tyler White (Ashley) of Cloudcroft, NM and Sammie Jo White of Carlsbad, NM; her grandchildren, Tyson Hochstein, Bryson Hochstein, Preston White, Aubrey Weyerman and David Weyerman; her sister Melissa Walterscheid (Phillip) of Carlsbad, NM; her niece Kimberlie Williamson (Daniel); her great-nephews, Gavin and Nathan of Walker, Louisiana; her nephew Joshua Walterscheid of Carlsbad, NM; and her cousins, Rhonda Blount and Cheryl Conklin. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews and her many special friends.
