He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Moore of Carlsbad, NM; his children, Kristopher Moore (Jen) of Wisconsin, Brendon Moore of Wisconsin, Mikal Moore of Arizona and Dezirae Moore of Carlsbad, NM; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Rolph and Lucas Moore; and his siblings, Pam Evans (Ron) of Arizona and Robert Moore of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
