She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Beilharz and Maria Beilharz (Baumann); and her husband Sam Landreth. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Landreth (Crystal) and Patricia Anaya (Tito); her grandchildren, Whitney Warminski (Patrick), Cassie Duncan (Tyson), Madison Coleman (Devin), Chelsea Davis (Clayton), Broc Landreth and Mario Munoz; and her sister Annemarie Grun. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
