He is survived by: his children, Jariah Cabezuela, Jayla Cabezuela, Jewel Cabezuela and Jacob Cabezuela, Jr.; the mother of his children Mariah Carrillo; his parents, Susie Rodriguez and Jesse Cabezuela (Debbie Valdez); his grandfather Frank Arredondo (Angie Rodriguez); and his siblings, Jesse A. Cabezuela, Jr. (Cynthia), Jolyn Olivas (Aaron) and Saul Flores (Diana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
