James Donley Obituary

We bid farewell to James Donley of Carlsbad, New Mexico, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2025 at the age of 82. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donley and Irene Donley. He is survived by: his wife Joice Donley; his children, Chad Cathey (Feliz), Tonnie Blevins (Brandon) and Jody Cathey (Dee); his grandchildren, Brittany, Dalton, Lane, Savannah, Caley, Reagan, Connor and Tayden; and his great grandchildren, Zayden, Zakstyn, Kinlea, Zayne, Kaysen, Paislee, Stetson, Eli, Zaniyah, Ruger and Remi.

A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Funeral Home (401 N Guadalupe St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
