It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Isbell Johnson (Carlsbad, New Mexico), who passed away on May 10, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Alvin Isbell and Valerie Isbell (Tarvin); her husband L. Wayne Johnson; her children, Jacelyn Marie Johnson, Dustin Wayne Johnson and Trayson Nicole Johnson; her grandchildren, Brody Wayne Johnson, Kensley Lynn Steffens and William Thatcher Steffens; and her sisters, Rebecca Davis (Pecos) and Teresa Isbell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
