He is survived by: his son Ethan Thomas Funk; his siblings, Beth Carroll, Christine Lowery and Daniel Anderson; his cousin Shay Chapman; his nephew Rex Moline; and his extended family, Kirk Glaze, Zachery Mobley, Tyler Glaze and Jacie Ballou.
