She was predeceased by : her parents, Barbara Lou Parrish and Damon Dale Parrish; her stepfather Roy Laney; her uncle Fred Prewitt; her niece Janna Dossey; and her nephew Ryan Parrish.

She is survived by : her children, Deryl Palmer (Yvonne), Amy Johns (Brian) and Travis Shepard (Niressa); her grandchildren, William Palmer (Laura), Kaylee Knibbe (Neko), Kaily Palmer, Ty Johns, Kaden Palmer, Brieze Quarles (Preston), Daryn Shepard and Madison Johns; her great grandchildren, London, Brooklyn, Mia, Kooper and Stallone; and her siblings, Barbara Gayle Waldrop, Twila Mazur, Dale Parrish (Tina) and Roger Parrish (Trish).
