It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miguel G. Lopez (Carlsbad, New Mexico), who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Aurelia "Laura" Martinez; his siblings, Eddie Martinez, Diana Martinez Tidwell and Pricilla Martinez; and his sister-in-law Florence Martinez.
He is survived by: his father Eusebio D. Lopez; his children, Alea Lopez (Ramon Ortega), Heavenlee Allen (Mark), Jaden Vincent, Emily Lopez and Makayla Lopez; his brothers, Abel Martinez, Alberto (Zelma Lopez) and Carlos (Teri Lopez); and his brother-in-law Leonard Tidwell. He is also survived by grandchildren.
