He is survived by: his wife Debra Hoffman; his brother Fred Hoffman (Maureen Hoffman); his children, Jason Hoffman (Amber Hoffman) and Julie Nelson (Kurt Nelson); his grandchildren, Alyssa Sonner (Greg Sonner), Sadie Hoffman, Finn Nelson (Arissa Nelson), Liam Nelson and Emma Nelson; his great grandchild Jacob Sonner; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Bolling, Joseph Bolling, Steven Bolling (Freda Bolling) and Tim Allen.
