She is survived by: her daughters, Joanna Fuentes and Sarah Vasquez; her son-in-law Eliseo Vasquez Sr.; and her siblings, Adan Luna and Lydia Chavez.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the West Funeral Home (401 N Guadalupe St, Carlsbad, NM 88220). A rosary was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (302 S 4th St, Loving, NM 88256). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loving Cemetery (112 Nymeyer Rd, Loving, NM 88256).
