It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Ray Norrid of Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood "Woody" Norrid and Jackie Barnhill; his stepmother Venie Lou Norrid; and his sister Karen Rainwater. He is survived by: his significant other Lupe Melendrez; his sister Deborah Dryer; his children, Brandy Norrid (Charlie), Amber Norrid, Cassandra Norrid and Russell Henslee (Lauren); his grandson Colton (Dajiah); his great grandchild Colt; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Brayden, Anthony, Ryder, Ace, Jack, Riley, Summer, Piper and Josie; his niece Shay Chapman (Tony); and his great-nieces, Kaiya, Ava and Emma.
