He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Gutierrez and Ramona Gutierrez of California; and his sister Ofelia Gonzales. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Gutierrez (Amber), Shania Gutierrez (David Gonzalez, Jr.) and Elijah Nieto (Roberta); and his grandchildren, Kehlani, Calliope and Ralphie. He is also survived by sister, brothers, nieces, nephews and a very large extended family.
