He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Ballew and Mary Ballew (Lynch); and his sister Cecilia Ballew. He is survived by: his sons, Preston Ballew (Marisha) of Los Alamos and Aaron Ballew (Veronica) of Carlsbad; his siblings, Elaine Ballew of Tempe, Rick Ballew (Joyce) of Franklin and Jimmy (Amy Kries) of Scottsdale; his grandchildren, Bryson Ballew (Hailee Harris), Caleb Ballew, Madison Ballew, Ashley Waldram, Jason Waldram (Taylor Nesbit) and Jayden Sisneros; his great grandchildren, Mia Salazar, Colton and Cooper Schafer; and his close friend Kenny Porter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
