He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Whobrey and Dorthy Whobrey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his son Christopher Whobrey (Jen) of Vincennes; his siblings, Allen Whobrey (Paula) and Sharon Finney of West Frankfort, III.; his stepsons, Bryan Juarez (Missy) and Chris Juarez (Teresa); his sister-in-law Jessica Deason (Nate) of Edgewood, N. M.; and his grandchildren, Collins Whobrey of Vincennes, Rory Juarez (Autumn) of Carlsbad, N. M and Alicia Juarez of Carlsbad, N. M.. He is also survived by his wife, son, stepsons, grandchildren, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Carlsbad Cemetery (1506 Boyd Dr, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
