He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Lujan Huerta Sr. and Elvira Najar Huerta (Najar); his sister Mary Lou Huerta Salcido; and his nephew Raul "Rara" Rubio. He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Huerta (Ortiz); his children, Gerard Huerta, Gabriel Huerta (Clarissa), Enedina Ybarra (Manuel), Christopher Quiroz and Krystle Hernandez (Raymond); and his siblings, Nati Rubio (Guadalupe), Jeanie Delgado (Mike) and Santiago Huerta (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
