She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Lee Philpot (Roland); her husband Harold Fancher; and her sister Leonora Kupcak. She is survived by: her father Marvin Eugene; her children, Kenny Bob Hooten (Tunie), Stephen Hooten (Terri Ruff) and Cindy Blair (Wayne, Jr.); her grandchildren, Kenny Dayne Hooten, Nicholas Robert Hooten, Michael Hooten, Mandy Hooten, Michalee Hooten, Madison Blair, Shae-Lee Blair and Zane Blair; her great grandchildren, Esme Dunaway, Jeremiah Blair, Joey Blair, Noah Blair and Heavenly Austin; and her son Kenneth Hooten Sr..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (502 S Guadalupe St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
