She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius P. Hiebert and Francis Pauline Davis; her husband Billie Buster Chester (Jerry Ballard); and her brothers, Dwight Hiebert and Glen Hiebert.
She is survived by: her sister Linda McMillan of Mansfield, TX; her children, Terry Ray Chester (Sherry), Billie Dean Chester (Jeanette) and Robin Dale Williams (Alvy); and her grandchildren, Tonk, Tamsen, Heather, Brionne, Katie, Jennifer, Wayne, Shane and Holly. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
