He is survived by: his mother Jovita Carr (Chavez); his sons, Steven Carr Jr. (Courtney), Frank Meek (Larrynn), Shawn Meek (Anjelica) and Robert Meek (Vanessa); his friend Brenda Meek; and his siblings, Marie Magby, Johnny Jale Carr (Marla), Cindy Lyon, Tina Gonzales (Sal), Tammy Magby (Lem) and Troy Carr. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and God children.
