He was predeceased by: his parents, Monico Garcia and Luz Garcia; and his wife Elia Alvarado Garcia. He is survived by: his sister Mary Holguin; and his children, Rita (Martin Dorado), Rose (James Mitchell), Ernie Garcia (Vicky), Margaret (Martin Hernandez) and George Garcia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2- great grandchildren.
