Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Vicky for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Chavez and Hermila Chavez; her children, Carlos, Sylvia, Jon and Manuel; and her siblings, Alma Chavez and Jesus Chavez.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Denton-Wood Funeral Home (1001 N Canal St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
