He was predeceased by : his parents, B. V. "Bob" Ballard and Zelma "Billie" Ballard (Courson). He is survived by : his wife Regina; his sons, Wayne, Jr. (Sara) and Clayton; his siblings, James (Janice) of Carlsbad, Glen (Colleen) of Carlsbad and Debbie Rodawalt of Florida; and his stepdaughter Shawna Ballay (Perry) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of extended family and friends.
