She is survived by: her husband Frank D. Valdez; her children, Frankie Valdez (Cyndi) and Yvette Moreno (Kali Moreno); her grandchildren, Annett Valdez, Amber Valdez, Justin Castro and Frankie Valdez, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Noah, Kianna and Josiah; and her siblings, Richard Najera, David Najera, Virginia Garcia, Delia Alvarez (Abel), Lilly Hernandez, Corine Peterson and Norine Najera.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Denton-Wood Funeral Home (1001 N Canal St, Carlsbad, NM 88220). A vigil service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the San Jose Catholic Church (1002 Debaca St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
