It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Roper of Carrizozo, New Mexico, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Sam Roper; her son Olin A. "Sonny" Roper; her parents, Johnny Cones and Edna Cones; and her siblings, Lloyd Cones, Clarence Cones, Lola Foster and Grace Foster.
She is survived by : her daughter Barbara Noack (Bill) of Lovington, NM; her sister Annie Mae Finney of Fort Sumner; and her grandchildren, Wesley Noack, Leslie Noack, Renee Beltran, Shad Roper, Ryan Roper, Justin Roper and Dusty Roper. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
