He is survived by: his parents, Dee Gay and Melissa Clark Gay; his uncle Garry Gay (Mary); his cousins, Taylor Gay (Emily) and Hunter Gay (Bailey); and his friend Taos.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Children's Ministry at First Baptist Hendersonville or a charity of your choice.
