It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Antonia Anderson of Casa Blanca, New Mexico, born in Cubero, New Mexico, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Sam F. Anderson, Jr.; and her parents, Frank Chvez and Flora "Jaramillo" Chavez. She is survived by: her children, Richard Anderson, Beverly Hampton, Loretta Anderson, Wendy Brown and Adele Scott; and her siblings, Florinda Brito, Eugene Chavez and Frank Chavez. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 58 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great-Great Granchildren.
