He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Medina. He is survived by: his wife Susie M. Medina; and his sons, Samuel Medina Jr. (Kim), Mark Medina and Gilbert Medina (Stacey). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Palm Mortuary - Henderson (800 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (204 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary & Cemetery (800 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015).
