She is survived by: her sister Bonnie Gene Smith-Laurino of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her children, Vicki Mantzke (Craig Mantzke) of New Mexico and Charlie "Chuck" Ward (Debra "Debbie" Ward) of Arkansas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
