He was predeceased by : his daughter Shannon; his parents, Jiggs Collins and LaVerne Hanners; and his sisters, Jeanne Collins and Cheryl Indelicato.

He is survived by : his daughters, Kim Roley of Virginia Beach and Heather Collins of Virginia Beach; his adoptive son Cody Collins; and his sisters, Sandy Bostrom, Susan Cogar and Nell Rodgers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
