He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Taylor and Betty Jo Taylor (Miller); his grandmother Goldie Miller; and his half-brother Michael Taylor. He is survived by : his wife Ilene Taylor (Jones) of Clayton; his son Ronnie Taylor (Ashley) of Edmund; his grandchildren, Gracie Taylor of Edmund and Declan Taylor of Edmund; and his stepchildren, Janae Vandiver (Jesse) of Clayton, Sam Spradlin (Rox) of Dallas, Ron Spradlin (Jenn) of Albuquerque and David Spradlin (Laurie) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
