He is survived by: his wife Linda Denise (Christensen) Mayberry; his children, Derick Mayberry of Sacramento, CA, Dustin Mayberry, Travis Mayberry of Glendale, AZ, Kayla and Christa Mayberry of Cliff, NM; his grandchildren, Jaxton, Emberley, Harley and Mason; his mother Verna Mayberry of Safford, AZ; and his siblings, Curt Mayberry, Rhonda Layton and Shanna Mayberry of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
