He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Albert "Bert" Baumgartner Jr. (Stacy) of Albuquerque, NM, Sarah LeClear (Jason) of Clovis, NM and Ashley Baumgartner (William Brown) of Questa, NM; his aunts, Margret Neece and Eva Anspaugh of Lexington, OK; his sister-in-law Rita Baumgartner of Stillwater, OK; and his grandchildren, Jason "JJ", Sabrina, Winter, Jayden, Prof and Lexi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren.
